Liam is a co-owner and head trainer at PowerHaus Fitness and Performance. Liam is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA). Liam is a former division one college quarterback and graduate from UTSA where he obtained a bachelors of science degree in kinesiology with a concentration in exercise science. Liam is extremely passionate about helping adults and athletes reach their full potential in health, fitness, and performance. Tony is a co-owner and head trainer at PowerHaus Fitness and Performance. Tony has been in the personal training/strength and conditioning field since 2016 where he has trained clients of all ages, sports, and skill levels. Throughout his career, he has helped his personal training clients reach their goals of fat loss, muscle gain, and body recomposition. Tony has also helped athletes of all sports achieve their goals of increasing speed, strength, and power. Tony’s educational background includes a Bachelor’s of Science in Kinesiology & Exercise Science from Texas Lutheran University, and a Master’s degree in Kinesiology & Exercise Science from Texas State University. He is currently certified through the National Strength and Conditioning Association as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS). While at Texas Lutheran University, Tony was a 4-year starter on the baseball team and was named to the All-Conference team each year. His senior season, he was recognized by D3Baseball.com and ABCA by being placed on the All-West Region Team. Tony’s passion for helping his clients reach their goals is second to none. J.B. is a trainer at PowerHaus Fitness and Performance. He is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS). J.B. graduated from Texas Lutheran University, where he earned his Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology with minors in Biology and Education. During his time at Texas Lutheran, J.B. started as a freshman, became a two-way starter, and was recognized as a two-time All-Conference Wide Receiver, Team Captain, and Team MVP. After college, J.B. continued his athletic career in Arena Football before competing in CrossFit, powerlifting, and bodybuilding. He graduated from Refugio High School, where he was part of the 2011 State Championship team and received All-State recognition as a strong safety, as well as being named Team Captain. J.B. has been a personal trainer and coach since 2018, working with individuals of all ages, sports, and skill levels. He has helped clients achieve goals such as increasing speed, strength, and muscle mass, as well as meeting weight loss objectives. J.B. is passionate about guiding people to reach their fitness goals, no matter what they may be. He firmly believes that with consistent effort, hard work, and grit, any goal can be accomplished. With his extensive experience in various sports and training methods, J.B. is committed to helping clients succeed and check off their milestones.

Cade is a performance driven strength coach with an M.S. in Kinesiology and Strength & Human Performance, specializing in strength, speed, power output, and elite-level muscle development. He holds advanced certifications through USAW-1 and ISSA, including Certified Personal Trainer, Strength & Conditioning Specialist, Performance Enhancement Specialist, Nutritionist, Bodybuilding Specialist, and Powerlifting Instructor.

Cade is also Westside Barbell certified in Special Strengths, Personal Training, and Athletic Coaching—bringing one of the world’s most respected strength systems directly into his programming.

As a six-year Division I football player at UTSA, Cade earned All-Conference honors, Academic All-Conference recognition, a Burlsworth Trophy nomination, and helped lead UTSA to five championship rings (three bowl victories and two conference titles). He also served on the 2024 Team Leadership Council, reflecting his character, discipline, and commitment to excellence.

Strength and conditioning runs in Cade’s blood. He was raised in a coaching legacy, with his grandfather serving as a strength coach for the New England Patriots and his uncle working as the Director of Olympic Strength at Texas State.

Jared is a trainer at PowerHaus Fitness and Performance and is currently preparing for his Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) certification. He began his college journey at Hardin-Simmons University, where he was a member of the football team, before transferring to Texas State University. At Texas State, he earned his Bachelor’s degree in Exercise & Sports Science with a concentration in Health and Fitness Management and a minor in Business Administration.

A multi-sport athlete since the age of five, Jared competed in football, baseball, basketball, and track. At George West High School, he was a varsity starter in both football and baseball by his sophomore year. That same year, his coaches and peers recognized his deep knowledge of weight training and movement fundamentals, selecting him to design workout programs for his teams.

Jared believes that performing functional, foundational movements with discipline and intent builds the base for every great athlete. His mission is to help athletes not only improve their performance but also develop the mindset and habits that carry over both on and off the field.
